I specialize in water risk, climate intelligence, and the economic valuation of water.

My work focuses on understanding how water availability, climate change, agricultural productivity, investment risk, and geopolitical stability are interconnected.

I combine environmental research, economic analysis, industrial process knowledge, and field experience to assess water as both a physical resource and a strategic economic variable.

My areas of specialization include water valuation, agricultural water economics, climate and environmental risk, resource systems, water-related investment analysis, and the integration of scientific and economic data into strategic decision-making.

Previous projects

University of California, Berkeley – The Global Value of Water in Agriculture

Collaborated with the Department of Environmental Science, Policy & Management (ESPM) and the Ecohydrology & Water & Society Lab to develop a methodology for quantifying the global economic value generated by irrigation water.

Received a UC Berkeley research scholarship in 2019 and contributed to the development of the research framework that resulted in The Global Value of Water in Agriculture, published in PNAS in 2020.

The publication ranks among the top 5% most discussed scientific publications worldwide according to Altmetric and helped advance new approaches for integrating water valuation into climate risk, agriculture, and investment decision-making.
