What I specialize in

I am an international expert in complex supply chain management, ESG reporting, SDG compliance and change management. As a founder of the Consulting firm AP Projects where I am working on ESG due diligence, Lifecycle Assessments, Data collection and analysis, internal change management, and reporting, I support companies holistically during their reporting journey. Managing the sustainability reporting processes and compliance, I also ensure a close collaboration with relevant standards and regulations, taking into consideration the needs and requirements for the different sectors and industries.
As part of the UNECE team for Traceability and Transparency in the footwear and garment sector as a sector expert I am working on a universal standard for data collection and reporting through blockchain implementation.
In 2022 I further joined the climate & carbon finance consultancy firm Cibola Partners as a partner andwork as Head of Business Development and Sales of Environmental Products, engaging with project developers and buyers to enable not only a transparent transaction, but also ensuring and facilitating matching projects to the requests and necessities of both parties. I am Board Member of several Organisations and Lead Auditor for various certification schemes such as ISO14001, SA8000, ISO 21401, Equiplanet, Equalitas and Equal Opportunities (Italian Certification Parità di Genere).
