What I specialize in

I specialize in scaling sustainable packaging solutions across fresh produce and foodservice, helping retailers, producers, and restaurants move away from plastic toward certified home-compostable alternatives. My focus is on real-world supply chain adoption, aligning environmental goals with practical, commercial realities. I’ve led successful market entries and strategic partnerships across North America, Latin America, and Oceania. More recently, I’ve been working on expanding the presence of seaweed-based materials and exploring profitable new verticals, with a light role in product development.

Previous projects

One project I’m particularly proud of is bringing our compostable packaging solution to Costa Rica. I worked directly with local producers to navigate supply chain constraints and build early demand in a market that had not yet moved away from plastic. It also helped open doors regionally. Another milestone was getting our work featured in the New York Times. That came from a LinkedIn post I wrote that caught the attention of a journalist. It was a good reminder of how strategic communication can amplify impact.

How can I help you

As an ambassador, I can help BIP by bringing in new companies that align with their mission, advising existing partners on scaling and market fit, and building visibility for standout solutions. With my background in sustainable packaging and a strong network across fresh produce and foodservice, I can connect real-world needs with BIP’s innovation pipeline and help amplify what works.
