• Spearhead the corporate Environmental Management System (EMS) in alignment with ISO
  14001, ensuring compliance across all company departments.
• Lead company-wide environmental compliance with Saudi regulations (MEWA, NCEC,
  MWAN) and international standards, overseeing EIAs, environmental permitting, and
  monitoring of air, noise, dust, and water quality.
• Develop and execute corporate sustainability strategies aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, UN
  SDGs, and client frameworks, ensuring integration into project lifecycle and business
  operations.
• Drive GHG emission management, including development of Scope 1, 2 & 3 inventories and
  decarbonization strategies using GHG Protocol and ISO 14064 frameworks.
• Manage the preparation and implementation of project-level Sustainability Management
  Plans (SMPs), Waste Management Plans (WMPs), and Construction Environmental
  Management Plans (CEMPs).
• Lead green building certification initiatives (LEED, Well, Mostadam & Envision), including
  documentation, coordination, and compliance.
• Oversee corporate ESG strategy, including materiality assessments, stakeholder engagement,
  ESG risk mapping and alignment with GRI, SASB, and TCFD standards.
• Manage the ESG reporting process, ensuring timely, accurate, and comprehensive disclosure
  of ESG performance.
• Work with topic owners and department heads to enhance the quality of ESG data collected
  and reported.
• Prepare high-quality ESG disclosures and non-financial reports, supporting investor relations
  and board-level ESG governance.
• Direct internal environmental and ESG audits, including ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and clientspecific audits; close findings and ensure continuous improvement.
• Lead resource efficiency and circular economy initiatives, driving waste reduction, energy
  savings, and water conservation initiatives across all operations.
• Manage environmental and sustainability training, including induction, toolbox talks,
  workshops, and awareness campaigns across the organization.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, grievance redress mechanisms, and community
  relations as part of the SEP (Stakeholder Engagement Plan) implementation.
• Maintain corporate-level environmental and ESG dashboards, KPIs, risk registers, and compliance logs, ensuring data integrity and executive-level reporting.
