Product description
The HUPROTEC Water Station consists of 50 units of the HUPROTEC, HPT3000, Atmospheric Water generators, arranged within a space measuring 90 meters wide and 160 meters long, totaling 14,400 square meters of land. Operating efficiently even in conditions as low as 25% relative humidity and temperatures as chilly as 15 degrees Celsius. ALPHA derives its substantial energy from our patented 2.3-megawatt solar solution, which powers the entire operation.
To optimize space, HUPROTEC’s HPT3000 units are stacked in two tiers. These units draw in air moisture using powerful fans, directing it through a refrigerant-cooled condenser. The elevated evaporator temperature enables moisture extraction, generating water. This water undergoes thorough filtration, including ozone treatment, reverse osmosis, and remineralization. This process guarantees the production of environmentally friendly, pure water, collected in stainless-steel tanks within the AWG’s. Subsequently, the water is pumped through subterranean pipes to a 1,000,000-liter capacity pure water tank.
The water station ALPHA, features a state-of-the-art control hub, including IoT, that monitors all 50 atmospheric water generators, the underground water pipeline network, the filtration system, and water quality. It also provides a comfortable living area for the dedicated staff.
The generated water can be delivered by trucks or piped directly to other cities. It can also be bottled, producing up to 250`000 liters per day in one-liter bottles or 500`000 liters per day in half-liter bottles. Custom bottle sizes are available upon request.
The HUPROTEC Water Station stands as an exceptional, secure, cost-effective, and environmentally conscious solution for the attainment of pure, fresh, and mineralized water. Notably, it reigns supreme as the world’s largest atmospheric water station in terms of its unparalleled capacity.
