Product description

This technology is a comprehensive water treatment solution based on the core solution of magnetic nanoparticles.

The application of magnetic nanoparticle media dates back long ago for water treatment. The media usually uses magnetitte(Fe3O4) with simple chemical modification, which is actually out of date today. 

Our ultra magnetic separation process has undergone multiple iteration and proved more versitile and customizable, exceeding performance and reassuring stability.

We use different media to ensure material stability, and make sophisticated chemical engineering for better and more versatile performance, and integrate magnetic nanoparticle solution with rare earth magnet solution.

The solution integration can achieves permanent regeneration of the media, satisfying pollution removal effect, and less operation and chemical cost. It can drastically reduce civil works needed, and has a smaller sludge output.

Key characteristics and environmental benefits

  1. Minimized modular design but high capacity.
  2. Targets all different pollutants of TSS, COD etc organics, phosphorus, colloids, heavy metals in water body.
  3. Low HRT&SRT(hydraulic and sludge retention time) and super fast pollutant separation period.
  4. Reduced chemical consumption and energy consumption. Minimal labor needed.
  5. Wide application:Urban surface water, municipal wastewater, industrial wastewater, complex difficult wastewater etc.
  6. Nitrogen removal effect is less ideal, which makes perfect for irrigation purpose.
  7. For high discharge standard, you can choose to combine with enhanced composite photocatalytic oxidation process.
