Product description
Green Worms operates a circular waste management platform that transforms waste into usable raw materials and supports last-mile collection systems. They partner with local communities, especially women, to formalize them as “waste-preneurs” who collect and segregate waste at source. The waste is transported to sorting hubs, processed (cleaned, shredded, separated), and then converted into recycled materials (plastics, paper, textiles) with traceability. Through their “Procure4Circularity” program, they offer brands the ability to procure post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials with full transparency and compliance with circular economy principles. They also support Extended Producer Responsibility compliance, materials neutrality programs, and waste audits for companies. Their approach integrates social inclusion (fair wages, safe working conditions) with environmental impact, creating jobs while closing loops in material flows.
